Asbestos Management Plans

Persons conducting a business or managing have a legal responsibility to manage risks associated with asbestos in the workplace to reduce the incidence of asbestos related diseases. An asbestos management plan helps owners or management of buildings to prevent expose to airborne asbestos to their staff and visitors. An asbestos management plan will clearly indicate where asbestos is present, the condition of the said asbestos and if any action needs to be taken due to the condition of the asbestos-containing materials. An asbestos management plan clearly defines the procedures and responsibilities of those who have control, or to make aware the potential asbestos hazard in the workplace. Asbestos warning labels also need to be affixed to the asbestos materials to warn people of the potential hazard.
