Tim Unwin
Director
Director and Occupational Hygienist with extensive expertise in asbestos, hazardous materials and occupational hygiene. His experience includes asbestos assessment, air monitoring, clearance inspections, mould, silica, dust and other occupational hygiene hazards. As a Licensed Asbestos Assessor, Tim provides expert asbestos advice and ensures projects are completed safely and in accordance with legislative requirements. Backed by a strong construction background, he combines practical industry knowledge with sound technical judgement to deliver practical, compliant and solution-focused outcomes for clients. Tim has successfully delivered large-scale projects across the commercial, government, civil and infrastructure sectors, working collaboratively with clients and contractors to achieve safe and effective project outcomes.
Melaniee unwin
Director
Director and Occupational Hygienist with nearly 10 years of experience delivering occupational hygiene and hazardous materials services across a diverse range of construction, demolition and remediation projects. Melaniee has extensive experience in asbestos assessment, air monitoring, clearance inspections and project coordination, with a strong focus on accuracy, communication and regulatory compliance. As a Licensed Asbestos Assessor, she provides expert asbestos advice and ensures projects are delivered safely and in accordance with legislative requirements. Known for her organised approach and attention to detail, Melaniee works closely with clients and contractors to deliver practical, compliant and efficient project outcomes.
Beth Nisbet
Office Manager
Operations Manager with more than 15 years of experience in administration and operations management. Beth coordinates the people, resources and information required to keep projects running efficiently. As the first point of contact for many clients, she ensures enquiries are managed promptly and project requirements remain organised and on schedule. In addition to her operational role, Beth has developed strong practical knowledge of asbestos-related work and provides support on non-friable asbestos projects, including air monitoring, site inspections and clearance-related activities.
Will Arthur
senior environmental consultant
Senior Environmental Consultant with expertise in contaminated land assessment, environmental monitoring and asbestos. Will holds a Bachelor of Medical Science and a Master of Environmental Science and has extensive experience in contaminated land investigations, soil and water assessment, dust monitoring, waste classification, excavated natural material assessments and environmental validation. As a Licensed Asbestos Assessor, he provides expert asbestos advice and delivers practical, compliant solutions across a broad range of environmental and hazardous materials projects.
Tom Murphy
hazardous materials consultant
Hazardous Materials Consultant with a practical background in the construction industry. Tom brings strong working knowledge of asbestos-containing materials commonly encountered in buildings, together with a practical understanding of demolition, refurbishment and construction activities. He undertakes asbestos and hazardous materials surveys, asbestos and hazardous materials sampling, asbestos clearance inspections, asbestos air monitoring and providing reliable support across asbestos removal, demolition, and construction projects. Tom combines practical site experience with a proactive approach to deliver safe, efficient and reliable outcomes for clients.
