Asbestos Site Investigation & Remediation Action Plan
All Clear Group was engaged by the client to undertake an initial site inspection, assessment and prepare a scope of works for remediation following an unexpected find of asbestos contamination during excavation works for a proposed subdivision site.
Project details
Upon initial site inspection, it was discovered that asbestos debris were wide-spread across the proposed subdivision site. It was concluded that a further, and more in depth site investigation was required to determine a scope for remediation. All Clear Group prepared an in-depth SAQP (Sampling and Analysis Qualify Plan) to ensure that the plan outlined the appropriate inspection and sampling strategy to ensure that the site investigation would provide enough in-depth data to prepare a detailed remediation action plan. After the SAQP was developed, the plan was utalised to undertake a site investigation which included test pit excavations throughout a grid pattern across the site for visual and soil NEPM sampling. Once the site investigation was complete, the data that was captured during the investigation was utalised to prepare a Remediation Action Plan which outlined the extent and nature of asbestos contamination and how the contamination is to be managed and/or remediation safely and in accordance with the specific regulations, codes of practices and guidelines.
Conclusion:
All Clear Group liased with the client throughout the project to ensure that the recommended steps and approach provided would capture enough data to provide a comprehensive Remediation Action Plan for the successful remediation of the site.

Asbestos Registers & Division 5 Asbestos Audit’s
All Clear Group was engaged by the client to undertake Asbestos Registers and Division 5 Asbestos Registers for 70+ farm assets throughout regional NSW & Victoria to comply with SafeWork requirements.
Project details
Our team completed 70+ on-site inspections and Asbestos Registers and Division 5 Asbestos Audit Reports for the client across 70+ regional farm assets with the approximate span of over 500km between each remote out station. The client had a strict deadline to complete all reports prior to December 23rd, 2023, which was successfully completed by All Clear Group prior the requested deadline
Conclusion:
All Clear Group completed all on-site inspections and completed Asbestos Registers and Division 5 Asbestos Audit Reports to comply with SafeWork requirements as per the clients request. Delivery of this project demonstrates All Clear Groups’ ability to work within the clients request deadline and the ability for our team to complete projects in regional and remote locations.

Friable Asbestos & PFAS Remediation of a proposed airport runway upgrade
All Clear Group was engaged by the client to undertake an initial site inspection, soil sampling, assessment and prepare a scope of works for remediation following the visual findings of possible asbestos debris within the soil during excavation for a proposed airport runway upgrade.
Project details
All Clear Group completed an initial site inspection of the site, in addition to NEPM soil sampling throughout a stockpile of soil and suspect asbestos debris. Upon findings made in the initial site inspection and NEPM sampling results indicating the presence of friable asbestos in soil, All Clear Group liaised with the client and the Class A Asbestos Removalist to develop an understanding of the required depths for the proposed runway to come up with a strategy for remediation and successful encapsulation of possible underlying asbestos. During the remediation, All Clear Group conducted background air monitoring and site supervision to ensure the control measures during remediation were effective and that the underlying asbestos was successfully encapsulated.
Conclusion:
Delivery and completion of this project demonstrates All Clear Group’s ability to lead a project from the initial site assessment through to the remediation completion, in addition to spotlighting the capability to work alongside the client and understanding their specific and practical completion requirements.

Asbestos Registers throughout regional NSW
All Clear Group was engaged by the client to undertake Asbestos Registers for 50+ Government assets throughout regional NSW to provide asbestos data for asset management and to comply with SafeWork requirements.

Our team completed 50+ on-site inspections and Asbestos Register Reports throughout regional NSW on Government assets. The client was on a narrow budget for the project and the decision was made to limit the sampling volume and use presumptive report techniques for suspect materials. Thorough inspection processes included assessment of the condition of the asbestos materials, recommendations for remediation, recommended control measures and more.
Conclusion:
All Clear Group completed all on-site inspections and Asbestos Register Reports to comply with SafeWork requirements as per the client’s request. Delivery of this project demonstrates All Clear Groups’ ability to provide alternative approaches to saving cost, while still complying with SafeWork requirements.

Naturally Occurring Asbestos (NOA) Remediation
All Clear Group was engaged by the client to undertake a site inspection, provide a remediation action plan and review and consult on their current asbestos management plan following the unexpected finds of potential Naturally Occurring Asbestos during a proposed footpath upgrade in Gundagai NSW.

All Clear Group conducted an initial site inspection, analysing the visual findings alongside sample results provided by the client. Based on this data, we collaborated with the client to determine the necessary engineering depths for the proposed footpath upgrade, developing a tailored remediation strategy to safely encapsulate the underlying Naturally Occurring Asbestos (NOA). Throughout the remediation and encapsulation process, we undertook background asbestos fibre air monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of control measures implemented by the removal contractor. Upon successful completion and encapsulation of the NOA, a visual clearance certificate was issued, allowing the footpath upgrade works to proceed.

Asbestos Registers & Asbestos Removal Project Management
All Clear Group was engaged by the client to undertake Asbestos Registers on multiple assets throughout regional NSW to provide asbestos data for asset management and to comply with SafeWork requirements.
Project details
Our team completed multiple Asbestos Registers for the client across regional and remote assets. In assistance with the data captured in the Asbestos Registers, our team project managed the removal of asbestos that required remediation across all assets, in addition to reinstating the material with non-asbestos containing products. Our team managed the projects from start to finish, ensuring the sites were safely delivered back to the client.

Silica & Respirable Dust Quarry Assessments
All Clear Group was engaged by the client to undertake a workplace assessment on crystalline silica and respirable dust for multiple quarry sites across NSW. The assessments are performed by All Clear Group annually to fulfill the clients’ obligations to comply with safety regulations and fulfill legislative requirements.
Project details
Personnel and static air monitoring was undertaken at all quarry sites to determine the workers exposure to respirable dust and crystalline silica. The chosen air monitoring days were discussed with the client to ensure that the monitoring captured was a true representation of what the worker/s may be exposed to on a normal day of operations. A preliminary walk-through site inspection and discussion with the client took place to understand the current control measures and workplace activities. On completion of the assessment, the client was provided with a report detailing the findings of the assessment, including recommendations for control of respirable dust and crystalline silica exposure risks to workers (where necessary).
Conclusion:
All Clear Group completed all workplace assessments across various quarry sites in NSW to comply with legislative requirements as per the client’s request in addition to providing the client with in-depth information on how to better provide a safe working environment for their employees. This project demonstrates All Clear Group’s knowledge and expertise in crystalline silica and dust, the understanding of the applicable occupational exposure standards and guidelines and the ability to better improve workplace safety in unique environments.

Mould Post Remediation Verification in regional NSW
All Clear Group was engaged by the client to undertake multiple mould assessments and PRV (Post Remediation Verifications) after a flood event in regional NSW.
Project details
Our team completed multiple preliminary mould assessments on residential properties after a flood event in regional NSW. The purpose of the initial mould assessments was to determine if mould was present within the properties prior to strip out works which included visual assessments, airborne and surface sampling and a full scope of works report. Following completion of any recommended remediation works, All Clear Group conducted PRV assessments to determine if the properties were safe to re-occupy and for normal works to commence. The PRV assessments included validation airborne and surface sampling, moisture assessments and a final report.
Conclusion:
All Clear Group completed all mould assessments and PRV’s across various properties in regional NSW. The preliminary assessments provided the client and remediator with in-depth information on how to successfully remediate the mould in addition to providing sampling data to ensure a safe working environment for contractors that were undertaking the reinstatement of the water damaged homes. This project demonstrates All Clear Groups ability to provide comprehensive and in-depth reports and recommendations to achieve a successful project completion for the remediator and the client.

Snowy Valley & Snowy Monaro Bushfire Clean Up
All Clear Group was engaged by the client to undertake a number of asbestos consulting services after the devastating 2020 bushfire event in regional NSW. All Clear Group was the lead environmental company throughout the Snowy Valley & Snowy Monaro region with a team of 25 Licensed Asbestos Assessors actively working on the clean-up project.

Our team successfully coordinated over 300 friable asbestos demolitions across both the Snowy Valley & Snowy Monaro region in regional NSW. Site works included preliminary site inspections and sampling to provide scope of works reports for demolition, asbestos fibre air monitoring and site supervision during demolition and validation soil sampling and final clearance certificate reports upon completion.
Conclusion:
This project demonstrates All Clear Group’s ability to take on large scale projects in regional and remote locations. All Clear Group was able to manage the environmental aspects of the project in-house with a large team of qualified and skilled assessors to assist in the oversight of multiple sites and demolitions running simultaneously.
